More informationBolivia: Public bidding for the city of La Paz for waste treatment and disposal service.  The La Paz city government is looking for a technology-driven waste management program including operation of two sanitary landfills, landfill closure, and differentiation/industrialization of urban and construction waste. For industrialization of waste, the city is looking for thermochemical and biomechanical technological alternatives, such as co-processing with fuels derived from the residues and bio-methanization.  The city will consider palletization of municipal solid waste to be used for energy in other industries.
